Terms of Service (ToS) – E-Radahts

1. Service Presentation

E-Radahts is a multifunctional digital platform allowing users to access various services, including:

• Meal and product delivery
• Groceries and shopping
• Professional services
• Packages & shipments
• Transport / Taxi
• Real estate (rental, sales, listings)
• Connection with sellers and drivers
• Order & payment management

The application is available on Android, iOS, and via a web platform.

2. Definitions

• User: : any person using the application (customer, seller, driver).
• Customer: : user who places an order or requests a service.
• Seller: : professional or company offering a product or service on E-Radahts.
• Driver: : user responsible for picking up and delivering orders.
• Platform: : the E-Radahts mobile application and website.
• User Account: : personal space providing access to the platform's features.

3. Account Creation

To use the services, the user must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Provide a valid phone number
• Accept these ToS and the Privacy Policy

The user agrees to:

• Not impersonate a third party
• Keep their information up to date
• Not share their credentials

Any fraud may result in the immediate suspension of the account.

4. Platform Usage

The user agrees to:

• Use the platform lawfully and respectfully
• Not disrupt the operation of the service
• Not post abusive, illegal, defamatory, violent, or discriminatory content
• Not attempt to access other users' data

E-Radahts reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of abusive use.

5. Orders and Transactions

Orders placed via E-Radahts are recorded and transmitted to partner sellers/drivers.

By placing an order, the customer accepts that:

• Prices are set by the sellers
• Delivery times are indicative
• A confirmed order may incur fees in case of cancellation (see Cancellation Policy)

Sellers are responsible for:

• Product availability
• Item conformity
• Hygiene and quality of preparations

Drivers are responsible for:

• Proper package pickup
• Adherence to deadlines
• Delivery in good condition

6. Payment

Payments can be made according to the available options:

• Online payment (Stripe, Paystack, Flutterwave, PayPal…)
• Payment on delivery (depending on the area)
• E-Radahts wallet
• Offline payment

Bank details are never stored by E-Radahts.

E-Radahts is not responsible for:

• The quality or conformity of sellers' products
• Delays related to traffic or weather
• Losses resulting from poor packaging by the seller
• Technical problems beyond our control

The platform acts as an intermediary between customers, sellers, and drivers.

The collection and use of data is detailed in the Privacy Policy.

The user has the right to:

• access
• rectification
• deletion
• objection

10. Intellectual Property

All elements of the platform (texts, images, logos, app, database...) are the exclusive property of Radah Trade and Service.

Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

11. Suspension / Termination

E-Radahts may suspend or delete an account in case of:

• fraud
• non-compliance with the ToS
• abusive behavior
• use for illegal purposes

The user can delete their account at any time via the application.

12. Evaluation & Reviews

Users can leave reviews. E-Radahts reserves the right to delete a review that is:

• insulting
• defamatory
• false
• not compliant with the platform's rules

13. Changes to the ToS

E-Radahts may modify these ToS at any time. Users will be notified via the application.

14. Applicable Law

These ToS are governed by:

• Moroccan law, for the main operational base
• Ivorian law, for activities in Côte d’Ivoire

In case of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of the place of establishment of Radah Trade and Service.
